Hydraulic Lifts in Nigeria
Explore hydraulic lifting as part of a project-specific system comparison. The intended use, travel, load and available building space should guide the discussion.
Start with the application
Hydraulic describes a lifting technology rather than a single building use. A proposal still needs to state whether it is intended for passengers, goods or another approved application. A load rating alone does not establish who may use the system.
Space and equipment arrangements
Ask for the layout of the proposed model, including its shaft or enclosure requirements, pit, overhead space and equipment location. Hydraulic does not automatically mean pitless, shaftless or suitable for every existing building.
Compare the complete proposal
Review travel, rated load, operating duty, controls and electrical provision with the technical team. Clarify the site works, environmental conditions and maintenance needs before comparing the proposal with a traction alternative.
Enquire about a hydraulic lift
Send ROTA your project city and state, intended use, number of stops and any available drawings. For a replacement or an existing system, share information from its accessible documentation rather than opening equipment covers.
